Instantly neutralizes ammonia, chlorine, and chloramines. Instantly "ages" tap water, allowing immediate addition of water to aquarium. Also use directly in freshwater or marine aquariums to detoxify ammonia, nitrate and nitrites. Unlike some similar products on the market KENT Ammonia Detox is safe for hard and soft corals, anemones, and other invertebrates, as well as freshwater and marine fish and plants. Phosphate and Nitrate free.

Color and vigor of fish can be affected by the lack of trace minerals. Freshwater Essential replaces biologically important trace minerals which are used by fish and plants and removed through filtration in freshwater aquaria. This products contains no detrimental heavy metals, phosphates, nitrates, or silicates.

- Use 1 teaspoon per 20gal of tap or tank water to remove up to 6 ppm of chlorine, 3 ppm of chloramine and up to 1 ppm of ammonia. Allow 10 minutes before testing.
