Paludariums, Garden Ponds, Wetlands, Restoration Projects, Terrariums, Aquascapes & Environmental Habitats. We are an importer, grower, and wholesale distributor. Placing Your Order
• Place orders online (fastest) or by email.
Shipping Basics
• Express = Live Arrival Guarantee. Choose USPS Express at checkout to qualify. USPS Priority Mail is allowed but not covered.
• Insulation/Heat Packs: Optional at checkout, strongly recommended in hot/cold weather.
• Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your zip code and order total. Closer to Arizona = lower cost.
Weekly Order Deadline
• Orders placed by Monday 9:00 AM (Arizona time) usually ship the same week (Tues/Wed).
• Orders placed after that may ship the following week.
Substitutions
• Inventory changes quickly with live goods. We may substitute with a similar item.
• Don’t want substitutions? Add “NO SUBS” to your checkout notes—we’ll honor it.
Tracking & Payments
• Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships (check spam/junk if missing).
• Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit, PayPal.
Cancellations & Returns
• No Returns or Cancellations allowed once order is placed.
• Incorrect or refused addresses remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Cancellations are not allowed, but if a manager approves, a 40% order fee will apply.
Live Arrival & DOA (Dead on Arrival)
• Only covered with Express shipping only.
• Report DOAs within 4 hours of delivery:
1.Take clear photos (unopened bag)
2.Email info@azgardens.com with order info.
• Resolution: in-house credit (no cash refunds).
• No refunds or credits on shipping.
• Not covered: missed delivery attempts, vacation delays, or losses after fish are placed in your tank.
• Tip: Lights off for 12–24 hours after acclimation reduces stress.
Environmental Responsibility
We are steadfastly committed to environmental compliance and adhere to all relevant state regulations. However, should any customer knowingly purchase flora or fauna that is restricted in their jurisdiction, any resulting consequences of possession or transport are solely the responsibility of the customer. AZGardens assumes no liability for any such orders.
Never release unwanted fish or plants into local waterways. Rehome them responsibly or humanely dispose of them. Dispose of tank water and trimmings in your garden, compost, or trash.

Your info stays with us. We never sell or share your data. You may receive order updates, tracking, or the occasional coupon—but no spam.
