Green Australian Finger Lime, Citrus Caviar or Microcitrus australasica (10 Seeds)
The green finger lime is native to Australia. The fruits measure 2-3 inches in lenght and are much smaller than a normal lime. Open the fruit by slicing in half and squeeze the sides to push the caviar like pulp out of the fruit and eat. The flavor is a floral lime, so delicious and not like any other. It is becoming a favorite amongst the culinary world and being used in deserts and meal presentations.
