Highly peaceful and social fish that occupies mid to upper levels of water.
Substrate: Dark sand or fine gravel.
Lighting: Dimmed or filtered using floating plants.

pH Range: 6.0 to 7.8
Tank Mates Schooling: Keep in groups of 8 to 10 minimum
Good tankmates: Small tetras, rasboras, and corydoras.
