Albino Tinfoil Barb

The Albino Tinfoil Barb sports a brilliant red tail fin with metallic scaling and can reach a large size if you raise this in a pond or large aquarium, but average aquariums these will get to 4″ size within a couple years. They’re one of the best fish for being raised alongside Cichlids without issue, and here is where they will grow relatively fast in large tanks with open space. These are peacekeeper fish when installed in numbers into a Cichlid tank. Aquarium environments should contain generous vegetation and a fine gravel layer on the bottom. The Tinfoil Barb is omnivorous, commonly consuming live feed and flake foods.
