Description
The Red Bay Snook (Petenia splendida) is a vibrantly colored freshwater species that will reach a maximum length of anywhere between 12 and 20 inches. They’re native to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala, thus preferring warm temperatures from 72 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. These fish prefer a spacious aquarium with lots of vegetation, and are mild-mannered for optimum integration with other fish. To best accentuate their beautiful natural scale colorings, we recommend using New Life Spectrum formulas with these fish. Shipping avg size-2-4″
