The Peppermint Pleco comes from Brazil and is popular for its coloration of black body with tiny white spots all over its entire body. Plecos prefer lots of water movement, plants, rocks and hiding places for raising your fish in a happy environment. The Peppermint Pleco will eat algae and leftovers from the gravel. It will also eat pellet foods, freeze-dried bloodworms, tubifex and brine shrimp.
