Description
THESE ARE TINY CATS! Sometimes called Squeakers but usually know as upside-down catfish, these are a fish family occurring exclusively in Africa. The genus Synodontis has over 130 species! Closely related to that genus is this genus here: Microsynodontis. The genus name means “small Synodontis” and is a good fit because these fish already become sexually mature at 1.5″! This is a true dwarf fish!
